The moment Linda Brattlöf realized there were no alternatives to the ugly garden hose occupying the front lawn of her quaint house, Garden Glory was born. And with it, the need to reach customers completely unaware of the luxuriously designed garden appliances that were about to hit the market. Paradigm stepped in to help lead the way and to establish a whole new product category.

 

Challenge

Already as a start up Garden Glory and founder Linda Brattlöf got a lot of positive attention and praise for her design products. Paradigm supported with a complete framework for the brand needed to execute the scale up and go-to-market phase.

Approach

The project followed Paradigm’s process for creating a brand platform. The scope also included how to establish a new category and to establish category leadership and a distinct market position.

Solution

The project included the development and creation of a Brand Platform document that would be used to guide all aspects of the brand, ranging from product and design development to positioning, cultural platform and communicative approach.
